A: Yes. If you find any of our properties listed, it could be an old listing or simply our listing.

A: Placing an offer is a simple process. All offers must be presented in writing with an escrow deposit of 10% or $5,000, whichever is larger. Escrow can be sent to the attorney or title company who is handling the file for the particular property. A: We use attorneys and licensed title agencies to handle our transactions for maximum security. Title insurance standard with every property. Each property has a different agent assigned to it.
