A: All properties sold on our website are exclusively owned by the company. We are not a licensed brokerage and we do not list real estate for other owners.

A: There are many sources through which properties are obtained. Some of these sources include but are not limited to: foreclosures, shortsales, auctions, MLS, probate, delinquent tax sales, etc.

A: Yes. If you find any of our properties listed, it could be an old listing or simply our listing.

A: Yes. We try to list our properties below market value for quick sales.

A: Placing an offer is a simple process. All offers must be presented in writing with an escrow deposit of 10% or $5,000, whichever is larger. Escrow can be sent to the attorney or title company who is handling the file for the particular property. Please send us an inquiry and one of our team members will get in touch with you to further assist you. You can also give us a call.

A: We use attorneys and licensed title agencies to handle our transactions for maximum security. Title insurance standard with every property. Each property has a different agent assigned to it. Please contact us with the address of the property and we will let you know who is handling the transaction of that particular file.
