I went into this telling myself I was going to be patient, analyze everything, and absolutely NOT get attached to a property. Well… that plan lasted about five minutes. 😂 The price was right, the potential was there, and suddenly I was signing paperwork. So far, my impulsive investor side is feeling pretty proud of itself.
